Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zone, we strive to ensure a smooth and joyful shopping experience for your little ones. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged for another size or style within 14 days of delivery.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for exchanges due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., innerwear, accessories, personal-wear items).
  • Products purchased at 50% OFF or above are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

2. Credit Note Policy

For eligible returns, customers will receive a Credit Note (Store Credit) valid for future purchases.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a Credit Note.
  • No monetary refunds are provided.
  • The Credit Note will reflect the full product value (reverse shipping charges not included).
  • Validity: The Credit Note is valid for 4 months from the date of issue.

How to Use a Zone Credit Note

  • Apply the credit note code at checkout in the “DISCOUNT CODE” section.
  • The amount will be automatically deducted from the payable value.
  • If you face any issues while using the code, contact our support team.

3. Return Policy

  • We do not provide monetary refunds.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags & packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • Our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect every returned item.
  • If the product fails QC (signs of use, damage, stains, or missing tags), the return will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

4. Third-Party Purchases

For products purchased through third-party marketplaces or websites, please contact the respective platform for any return or exchange. Their policies will apply.


5. Warranty Policy

(Applicable for manufacturing defects only)

  • Products discounted up to 49% carry a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Products discounted 50% or moredo not carry any warranty.
    Please consider this while making a purchase.

6. Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Free shipping is applicable on all Zone orders.
  • For returns, a return courier charge may apply and will be deducted from the Credit Note.
  • Credit Notes are issued only after QC approval.

7. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


8. Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Products

If you receive a missing, incorrect, or damaged product:

  • Contact our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
  • You may be asked to provide photographic evidence for verification.
  • Once reviewed, Zone will:
    • Send a replacement product, OR
    • Issue a Credit Note of the product value.

No additional shipping charges will apply for replacements.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:
    Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • For prepaid orders:
    If cancelled, a Credit Note will be issued (no monetary refunds).
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

10. Advance Payment Policy (For High-Value Orders)

For any order above ₹5000, a partial advance payment of ₹500 must be paid to confirm the order.
This amount is adjusted against the final invoice value.

Orders above ₹5000 will not be processed until the advance is paid.


11. Quality Control (QC) Guidelines

To maintain hygiene and product quality:

  • Returned apparel must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or fragrance.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items showing clear signs of use or tampering will not be accepted.
