5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using reliable logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier capacity.
Mumbai deliveries will be completed within 24 hours.
Outside Mumbai, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days.
External factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or festivals may cause delays.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Zone offers returns or exchanges for eligible items within the specified return period.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Certain items (e.g., innerwear, accessories, sale items) may not be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.
