Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to Zone Lifestyle. At Zone Lifestyle, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process with a few simple terms.
1. EXCHANGE POLICY
(i) 1-Time Free Exchange: We offer a one-time free size/ product exchange per order. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.
(ii) 2nd Exchange (Same Order): If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, an additional exchange fee of INR 150 (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) will be applicable.From the second exchange onwards, both forward (to you) and reverse (from you) shipping charges will be levied.
(iii) Exchange Eligibility:Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
(iv) Product Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.The exchange will be processed only after we receive the returned product. Once received, the item will undergo a quality check (QC). Upon approval of the QC, the requested size exchange will be dispatched.
2. RETURN POLICY
Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, returns will be settled by way of a store credit in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the amount paid for the returned product. The coupon will be issued within 48 hours after the product is picked up and successfully received at our warehouse, subject to quality inspection.The value of the coupon will be equal to the net amount paid by the customer after application of any discounts or promotional codes.The issued coupon will be valid for a period of four (4) months from the date of issuance.
(i) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Returns for Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as credit noteonly
(ii) Credit noteGuideline (COD): When a credit note is applied on COD orders, the remaining balance amount must be completed via UPI or card. COD payment method is not available for balance payments.
(iii) Shipping Fees & COD Charges: Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable in case of returns.
(iv) Missing Product or Order Issues: Make sure to record a clear unpacking video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unpacking video may not be accepted.
(v) Third Party Purchases: For products purchased from any third party websites, please coordinate directly with such third party vendor for any return or exchange requests.
3. REVERSE PICKUPS
(i) Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.
(ii) Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product at your own cost.
(iii) Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
4. QUALITY CONTROL GUIDELINES
4.1. We accept returns only for products that remain unused, unwashed and unworn.
4.2. The products must be returned in its original conditions with no signs of wear and tear, damage, alteration.
4.3. The products must be clean and free from stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, any other marks or any odour.
4.4. The products shall not be altered, resized, tailored or modified in any way.
4.5. All the original tags, price tickets, brand label and care labels should be intact.
4.6. The product must not have any tears, holes, loose stitching, broken zippers, missing buttons, or damaged embellishments (such as sequins, beads, prints, embroidery, or appliqué).
4.7. For any footwear purchased, we accept returns only for footwear that remains unused and the sole and insole pf the footwear should be clean and free from any signs of wear and tear and the footwear must be returned in their original packaging with all embellishments (i.e., buckles, studs, decorative elements) intact.
5. GENERAL GUIDELINES
5.1. Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
5.2. Items purchased during any sale or items purchased at a discount of 50% or more, will not be eligible for returns and may only be exchanged subject to availability of sizes.
5.3. All our products are subject to strict hygiene checks and items not meeting our quality check standards will not be accepted for return or exchange.
